The natural and minimal design provides a comfortable and spacious room ambience and we offer all the facilities and amenities you need for a relaxing stay. All room types include air-conditioner, Wi-Fi, personal bedside light, linen and towels. All beds are equipped with comfortable memory foam mattresses.
Majority of the our place runs on solar grid including the hot water supplied in the bathrooms. The use of energy-saving LED lights in the rooms and the rest of the villa further reduces our energy consumption by up to 6 times, so we’re committed with the environment and sustainability.

The Villa
An expansive 3600 ft², the Villa at Karwaan is an oasis in the heart of Kathmandu city epitomizes fresh, contemporary style with cool white tones and natural woods. Every aspect of the villa was meticulously designed to evoke nature and sustainability, including the sun exposure, natural airflow, completely solar powered for electricity and water heating, local material sourcing, and minimal environmental impact.
Our villa feature parqueted floors, six king size bed, custom made wooden furnitures and air condition in all units. All units offer smart flat-screen TV, attached bathrooms, lounge space and free WiFi.
